Jacqueline Piscitello
Principal | Founder

Jacqueline Piscitello, the Founder and Co-Principal of ExecutiveGC, is an experienced General Counsel with over 25 years in the legal profession. Her extensive in-house experience includes serving as General Counsel for The Flex Co. for the past four years, where she oversaw complex legal matters in the women's health and medical device sector. She brings deep knowledge of commercial law, contracts, FDA and FTC compliance, intellectual property strategy, licensing, employment law, corporate governance, dispute resolution, and litigation.​

Previously, Jacqueline served as General Counsel at Nedap, Inc., Assistant General Counsel at Genuity, Inc., and as fractional, in-house counsel for major clients, including Genzyme, Blueprint Medicines, Iron Mountain, and RSA Security. ​Jacqueline's background spans many industries beyond medical devices, including advising companies in the technology, software, education, and retail sectors.

Jackie began her legal career at Morrison & Forester in Palo Alto, California, and Wilmer Hale in Boston, Massachusetts following graduation from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.

Before law school, Jackie spent four years as a software engineer in Silicon Valley after earning her degree from Carnegie Mellon University. Her technical background gives her a unique ability to provide legal advice that aligns seamlessly with both business and technology goals. With a proven track record of handling legal matters efficiently, Jackie delivers strategic, hands-on legal support—helping companies thrive without the high costs of a full-time legal team or expensive law firm fees.
Paul Cimino
Principal

Paul Cimino is the Co-Principal of ExecutiveGC, and a high-energy, results-oriented business partner and legal counsel with a passion for helping drive intelligent growth. As a Fractional General Counsel, Paul has broad and deep legal and business experience along with savvy people management skills, and provides sound and ethical strategic counsel and day-to-day advice to the C-Suite and throughout the enterprise, including business strategy, project and people leadership, negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, human resources counsel, IP portfolio management, dispute resolution, and managing outside counsel. Paul’s clients know him as a smart, empathetic, hard-working, curious-minded and highly personable legal executive.

In legal practice for over 25 years in law firm and corporate environments, Paul is now in his tenth year in the Fractional GC space. He serves industry-leading clients such as athenahealth, Globalization Partners, Impairment Science, Kaptio, Lionbridge, ModusLink, NLC Energy, Phoenix3 Holdings, Veracross and Xerox. Prior to being a Fractional GC, Paul was the General Counsel at both Conservation Services Group and Akibia, and corporate counsel at Aspen Technology and PTC. Paul’s industry expertise spans software and technology, health care, renewable energy, finance, education, travel and hospitality, among others.

Paul began his legal career as a litigator at the Boston law firm of Goulston & Storrs, upon graduation from the University of Michigan Law School following an engineering career with Stryker Corporation and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
